Privacy Policy

This site is run by Mr.ChanChan, a freelance web developer. This policy explains what I collect and why.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, Instagram handle and message, so I can reply to you.
• AI assistant: the messages you type. They are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply and may be logged to improve answers. Don't share passwords or payment details in the chat.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics: page views and approximate location, without cookies that track you across sites.

How I use it

To reply to you, build and run your website, bill you, and improve this site. I don't sell your data or share it with anyone except the services needed to operate (hosting, email delivery, payments, AI API).

Client websites

Websites I build for clients have their own privacy practices. Data submitted on a client's site (reservations, feedback, orders) belongs to that client.
